Advertising Charges and Payment
Advertising Charges and Payment. You will be charged, and agree to pay, for all Clicks on your Listings and other Clicks to your website generated by the Shopzilla Network. You agree that charges will be based on the total number of Clicks on each of your Listings multiplied by the amount you have bid for each Click on your Listings. We may adjust our minimum bids or other bidding requirements from time-to-time on reasonable prior notice to you. You further agree that, in some instances, Clicks generated in the "Special Offers" or similar promotional locations in the Shopzilla Network, or included in any newsletters or other Shopzilla services (including those of our licensees or affiliates), may be invoiced at the weighted average rate of: (a) your bids on Listings in our Marketplace generally; or (b) in the particular product or service category in which the Click was generated, as appropriate. You agree to pay all applicable charges for your participation in the Marketplace in U.S. dollars (or local currency, as applicable to the country primarily served by the relevant Shopzilla website) in accordance with your payment plan and billing terms, including any applicable VAT or other similar taxes, which are billed in addition to the payment plan charges (together "Plan") — click here to access Plan information. You hereby authorize Shopzilla to charge/withdraw from your credit card or bank account amounts consistent with the terms of your Plan. Any disputes regarding any charge or invoice must be raised with us in writing within sixty (60) days after the date of such charge or invoice. Charges or invoices not disputed within this time period will be considered final and accepted by you, and will not be eligible for any refund, credit or other billing adjustment.
