Survey Program. The following terms, and the General Terms and Conditions below, apply to any survey services and products (our "Survey Program") we may provide you. Shopzilla reserves the absolute right to modify, terminate or suspend its Survey Program at any time.

Your Obligations in the Survey Program. Shopzilla strives to operate an independent, unbiased ratings and reviews service. If you participate in the Survey Program, you agree we may serve each of your customers a survey at the point-of-sale on your Website(s), via email or other means. You further agree to follow the Survey Program rules available here, as may be updated from time-to-time. You represent and warrant that you will not engage in any activity to influence or modify in any way any survey we serve your customer, or otherwise take any steps to undermine the ability of Shopzilla to administer a comprehensive, objective, fair and unbiased survey process. You further agree not to publicly announce, advertise or promote your Survey Program rating or survey performance (collectively "Rating") to anyone except with our prior written approval and following the promotional guidelines and other rules we provide to you. We reserve the right to take any action if you breach any of the above obligations including, without limitation, terminating your participation in the Survey Program and/or "re-rating" your business.

Shopzilla Ownership of Ratings. You agree that, as between the parties, we own all Ratings, consumer reviews and other related data about you collected from anyone via the Survey Program or the Shopzilla Network ("Survey Data"). We may use, display, reproduce, compile, edit, sell and distribute Survey Data as we deem appropriate. You agree that Shopzilla is not responsible for the content of or for the accuracy or reliability of any Survey Data, including any third party opinions or statements. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to post or to remove any Survey Data we deem unacceptable or in violation of our survey or review rules (but are not obligated to, except as required by law).
